I began my drumming journey in 2014 at the Vibration Academy and since then, have been putting in hours every week to better my skills. Over the years, I’ve honed my understanding of rhythm, precision, and music theory, and picked up pieces across genres – including rock, pop, and jazz. I have trained and appeared for the Trinity Rock and Pop examinations, and completed the highest grade (Grade 8). Recently, I’ve also begun playing guitar, and hope to continue learning more instruments.
I also co-founded a four-member band called Meraki, where I am involved in percussion and also contribute as the lead vocalist. In 2025, I attended a drums workshop under the guidance of the well-known drumming talent Patrick Abdo, who teaches in Dubai. Recently, I started training with well-known music educator Kunal Basu, which has honed my skills further.
I also recently released my own song ‘Khwaab’ last year, and hope to continue developing my creative practice.
